For those arriving at Niigata Station

As you leave JR Niigata Station from the Bandai Exit, the Niigata Koutsu Bus Terminal can be seen, off at an angle to your left. Buses in space #6 (Sado Kisen), which depart every 20 minutes, will take you directly to TOKI MESSE.

From those arriving at Niigata International Airport

Shuttle busses (Niigata Koutsu) depart from Niigata International Airport, every 30 minutes. They will take you to Niigata Station. From there, proceed, as described above. If you wish to walk to TOKI MESSE, take off the shuttle bus at Bandai Bus Center, and proceed due west, appox. 1km.
